Detailed Product Description
The SKILCRAFT® Back Off Dog Repellent is a purpose-built aerosol designed to protect individuals from aggressive or stray dogs. Housed in a compact 1.5-oz can, it delivers approximately ten controlled bursts per can, allowing for effective, non-lethal deterrence at ranges up to 10 feet. Designed for portability, the can easily fits on a belt, in a pack, or in a tactical kit, making it well-suited for law enforcement, field personnel, or any user working in environments where canine encounters may pose a threat.
The formula is safe yet highly irritating to dogs, discouraging further approach without causing lasting harm. Being NSN qualified, this repellent is compatible with federal, state, and institutional procurement programs. The product is offered in single-unit cans or in a case of 12 for bulk or team-based usage.
Best priced around great and speedy service!
Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
