The MS27641-4 / KP4A roller bearing is a precision-engineered, deep-groove ball bearing tailored for airframe control applications. Designed to handle radial and thrust loads in demanding flight environments, this bearing offers a 0.2500″ bore and 0.7500″ outer diameter with inner and outer ring widths of 0.281″ and 0.219″ respectively—ensuring compatibility with standard linkage housings.
It features dual PTFE contact seals and is pre-lubricated with MIL-G-81322 aviation grease for long-lasting, maintenance-free service. The E52100 chrome steel construction is cadmium plated for corrosion protection, and the unit is rated for 1,880 lbf static radial load and 900 lbf thrust load. Supplied new and fully traceable, this bearing is an ideal FAA-PMA eligible replacement for OEM MS27641-4 components.
