Operating reliability in airframe control linkages
The MS27641-4 / KP4A roller bearing is a precision, single-row deep-groove ball bearing designed for airframe control applications. It features a 0.2500″ bore and 0.7500″ outside diameter, with balanced inner (0.281″) and outer (0.219″) ring widths to fit standard aircraft linkage housings. Dual PTFE contact seals retain MIL-G-81322 grease, delivering long service intervals with minimal maintenance. Crafted from E52100 steel and cadmium plated on all exposed surfaces, this bearing resists corrosion and is rated for radial loads up to 1,880 lbf and thrust loads up to 900 lbf. Fully traceable and supplied new, it’s an ideal FAA-PMA eligible replacement for OEM MS27641-4 bearings.
