So‑Sure® TT‑P‑1757 primer is a single-component, zinc chromate alkyd-based coating designed to protect treated metal surfaces from corrosion. It dries quickly, maintains flexibility, and promotes excellent adhesion for topcoats. This VOC-compliant formula contains no CFCs or ozone-depleting compounds and meets the requirements of MIL‑SPEC TT‑P‑1757B, Type I and Type II, Class C.

  • Meets TT‑P‑1757B Type I & II, Class C zinc chromate primer specification
  • Fast-drying formula—touch dry in 5 to 10 minutes, hard dry in ~15 minutes
  • Excellent corrosion resistance and topcoat adhesion on treated metal
  • Can be applied over surfaces treated per MIL‑C‑8514 or DOD‑P‑15328
  • Sealable with lacquer or enamel topcoats—or used without topcoat
