PRC Desoto - PR-1826 B1/4 Rapid Cure Fuel Tank Sealant
PR 1826 Class B is a rapid curing integral fuel tank sealants designed for use at temperature between -60┬░ C to +150┬░ C, with intermittent use to +215┬░ C. PR 1826 Class B has excellent ow temperature curing characteristics.
PR 1826 Class B is a two-part, chemically curing Permapol P-3 polythioether polymer based sealant characterized by a rapid cure at low temperature to a fuel resistance elastomer. This material has application temperature as low as +5┬░ C. When used with primer PR 1826 Adhesion Promoter, the sealant adheres to alcald, titanium, stainless steel, coating surfaces and sealant.

Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
