The MS27640‑3A (KP3L) is a heavy‑duty airframe ball bearing widely used in aircraft control systems where compact size and dependable performance are essential. Built to the MS/AS27640 geometry, this roller bearing features a 0.1900" bore and 0.6250" outside diameter with correctly matched inner and outer ring widths to ensure proper staking and retention. Double contact seals retain MIL‑G‑81322 grease to protect the raceways from contamination and reduce maintenance intervals, while heat‑treated AISI 52100 chrome steel rings and balls provide high strength and wear resistance across typical aviation operating temperatures.
