Piper Cub In the mid-1930s, Bill Piper brought in Walter Jamouneau, and under his direction, the original Cub was modified to its historic, bright yellow J-3 version. Powered by a 40 hp (30kW) engine, in 1938 it sold for just over $1,000.
During World War II, newspapers of the era often featured images of wartime leaders, such as Generals Dwight Eisenhower & George Patton surveying European battlefields in Piper Cubs.
Best priced around great and speedy service!
Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
