Application
If needed, dilute to a 10% solution and apply Di-Aqua by spraying on the surface. Gently agitate until frothy foam appears, then rinse with fresh water. For larger areas, Di-Aqua can be used in a power wash system. For smaller parts, an ultra-sonic cleaner with Di-Aqua can be utilized. This product is suitable for removing silicone oils in various applications, including personal care product manufacturing.
Floors and Equipment: Mix 1 part water with 1 part Di-Aqua and apply the diluted solution. Scrub or mop the surface as needed. For larger areas, use a scrubbing machine. For process vessels, dilute 1 part Di-Aqua with nine parts water. Clean either with a cleaning-in-place system or by spraying onto the surface and rinsing off.
Contaminated Parts: For optimal use, mix one part of Di-Aqua® Silicone Oil & Grease Remover with nine parts water. You can either submerge the affected area briefly in the solution and then rinse off or spray the solution on it and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing off.
I work on old vintage motorcycles, most of which have a fair amount of oil and grease on the engine and transmission parts. These gloves are so much better than the run of the mill cheapo's that can be bought about the same price. Yes, these will tear like any nitrile glove, but these are very, very durable and do a very nice job of standing up to gas, oils, and brake cleaner. I've yet to find any better than these for the price. No complaints whatsoever.
I took the chance of ordering expired Loctite 330. It was jelled up pretty good and generally unusable. It was my fault for trying it and never called the company to complain as I took the chance and that is on me. Order the good stuff.
Had used aviation Camguard for years. Added as well to each quart of oil added to my Lyc 540 SIA5 aerostar engines. Went past TBO with excellent compressions. Oil analysis always normal.
Also add to automobiles but too early to see a benefit.
