The RAM-B-166-GA63U consists of a 3.3" twist lock suction cup base, double socket arm and Garmin VIRB™ camera adapter. The suction cup, twist lock base is designed to have a strong hold on glass and non-porous plastic surfaces, including RAM adhesive disks. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The adapter attaches directly to the under-side of the camera, replacing the factory mounting bracket.
Used 7 on heavily oxidized Airstream. Sanded off oxidation. Presto changeo, an almost mirror-like finish. Will stick with Nuvite. Important to follow instructional video.
This is an amazing aid to my fisning. Something serious inland fishermen should have. My only regret is that I didn't have this over the last 20 years.
