CITRICUT GEL is a citrus-based wet wash used to clean heavy build-up soil conditions on the wheel wells and flap wells. It is specially designed to cling to vertical and overhead surfaces while providing increased wet-out time and penetrating stubborn dirt or caked-on grease.

Removing dried-on insects.

Bugs are unavoidable, especially at lower altitudes. The messy splatter they make at takeoff and landing sticks to the surface throughout the flight. The more insect collected, the more irregular the surface becomes. The more irregular the surface, the less smooth the flying, and choppy flying means lower fuel efficiency and, quite possibly, disastrous safety issues. That’s why it’s critical to have products specifically engineered to dissolve caked-on bugs!

Here are two solutions. For painted surfaces, dilute NUVITE’s CitriCut Concentrate as directed, spray on the target area, and agitate, and wipe-off bug residue. On polished metal surfaces, count on NuImage Cleaner & Debugger. Dried-on bugs are liquefied and removed with a cotton or flannel cloth.

CitriCut Gel Use

WETWASH

1. Dilute CitriCut Gel 1:4 to 1:8* with water.
2. Apply CitriCut Gel to aircraft surfaces by spraying or mopping.
3. Agitate to loosen the soil.
4. DO NOT allow the soaked area to dry completely.
5. Rinse with water.

DEGREASING

1. Use CitriCut Gel at full strength or dilute up to 1:4* with water.
2. Apply CitriCut Gel to the surface manually with a mophead/pad.
3. Allow soaking for 5-10 minutes.
4. DO NOT allow the soaked area to dry completely.
5. Rinse with high-pressure water.

HEAVY DUTY CLEANING

1. Use CitriCut Gel full strength – DO NOT DILUTE.
2. Apply CitriCut Gel to the surface manually with a mophead/pad.
3. Allow soaking 5-10 minutes.
4. DO NOT allow the soaked area to dry completely.
5. Rinse with high-pressure water.

VERTICAL OR OVERHEAD SURFACES

1. Use CitriCut Gel full strength – DO NOT DILUTE.
2. Spray CitriCut Gel onto the surface with low-pressure spray.
3. Allow soaking 5-10 minutes.
4. Agitate to loosen the soil.
5. DO NOT allow the soaked area to dry completely.
6. Rinse with high-pressure water.
