MOLYKOTE® 41 Extreme High Temperature Grease is a high-performance, NLGI Grade 2 silicone grease engineered for equipment operating at temperatures beyond the capabilities of conventional silicone greases. Its non-melting formulation provides excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and water resistance for reliable lubrication in demanding high-temperature environments.

Extreme Temperature Lubrication for Demanding Equipment

MOLYKOTE® 41 Extreme High Temperature Grease is formulated with a silicone base oil and carbon black thickener to provide dependable lubrication where conventional greases may soften, melt, or deteriorate. With a service temperature range extending up to 290°C (554°F), it is particularly suited for equipment exposed to sustained or extreme heat.

This high-temperature silicone grease can be used in applications including oven conveyors, kiln dollies, molten-salt evacuation pumps, steam-turbine regulator links, and knife-edge power breakers. Additional application areas include rolling-element bearings, plain bearings, bushings, sleeves, gears, gearboxes, pumps, power screw drives, slides, guides, and tracks where its performance characteristics meet equipment requirements.

MOLYKOTE 41 combines a non-melting consistency with excellent thermal and oxidation stability, making it a specialized solution for industrial maintenance and high-temperature lubrication applications. The formulation contains no intentionally added PTFE or PFAS.
