The MS21045 is a series of hexagon shaped, self-locking nuts that conforms to U.S. military standards (hence the ?MS' designation in the part numbers). This particular set of MS21045 nuts does not have any letter attached to the part number; this means that their material composition is that of steel with a non-dry film lubricant.

Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
