LOCTITE® 567 is an off-white, low strength, thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant. It cures in the absence of air and by contact with metals when confined within threads up to M80/R3”. It is best suited for use on coarse metal threads and its breakaway torque rating is 1.7Nm.
Used 7 on heavily oxidized Airstream. Sanded off oxidation. Presto changeo, an almost mirror-like finish. Will stick with Nuvite. Important to follow instructional video.
This is an amazing aid to my fisning. Something serious inland fishermen should have. My only regret is that I didn't have this over the last 20 years.
