DOWSIL™ 4 Catalyst is a high-performance silicone curing agent designed for use with liquid silicone rubber bases, enabling the creation of durable and flexible molds. Trusted across industries for its reliable curing process, this catalyst supports a wide range of applications including mold-making and electrical potting and encapsulation.

- Fast Curing: Room temperature cure with mix ratios as low as 200:1. Cure times range from 20-30 minutes depending on the silicone base.

- Precise Specifications: Offers excellent hardness (45-60 Shore A), tensile strength (up to 900 psi), and thermal conductivity for demanding applications.
