Hardman's Double/Bubble® Flexible, High Peel Strength Urethane Shore Hardness D-50
A good combination of high peel and lap shear strengths. It is semi-flexible and will bond to rubber, leather, china, and many plastics.
Typical uses: For automotive repairs, bonding aftermarket replacement mirrors, etc., repair of shoes, ski boots, other sports equipment, and conveyor belts.

Urethane D-50 is a semi–rigid, two–component, extra–fast setting polyurethane structural adhesive. It displays an excellent combination of shear and peel strength, with good impact and fatigue resistance. Directions for Use
The surface must be clean and dry before application. Remove all chemicals, dirt, wax, and oil.
Fold the DOUBLE/BUBBLE package along the center seal, snip the end, squeeze out the contents, mix thoroughly, and apply.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store DOUBLE/BUBBLE adhesives at room temperature in a dry environment. Extreme low temperatures may cause crystallization. Extreme high temperatures may degrade the properties. Various cleaning solutions are available for cured and uncured epoxies and polyurethanes.
SAFETY
These materials are intended for commercial and industrial use only, and good housekeeping, safety, and cleanliness should be followed before, during, and after use.
Although the system contains low-volatility materials, care should be taken in handling. Use adequate ventilation in the work area.
These materials may cause dermatitis in susceptible individuals. Keep off the skin and out of the eyes. In case of accidental skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush your eyes thoroughly with water and consult a physician immediately.

I built this kit as a teenager most of 55 years ago. The kit is essentially the same, but now they’re laser cut. In the past, the panels were die-cut, sometimes you get one done with a dull cutter. That took a lot of extra time, carefully re-scoring everything with a narrow Exacto blade so the pieces wouldn’t split. This kit is so crisp, it’s a joy to assemble. It’s fun seeing old reflexes come to life while assembling this baby. I only have the FW-190 from those years, but also built this one (the Hellcat), the Spitfire, Me-109, and the P-40. Good times!
