I love this jacket. High quality material and construction. Only problem is that though I usually wear a large size, this one is snug to the point of noticing. A little uncomfortable to wear. The pockets are really far back on the jacket, so you have to do a little contorting to reach them.
I tried communicating with Pilot about the strange size guidance chart. Didn't hear from anyone.. so I went ahead and purchased. Now wishing I had gone up a size (sadly most X large sized clothing is the other extreme.. way too big). Oh well.. It's a great jacket (except for the tight fit). I may well buy another one .. but an X large.. and see if I can unload this one to a smaller friend.
Best priced around great and speedy service!
Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
