Callington Unblock‑S is engineered for the routine maintenance and deep cleaning of aircraft toilet systems. As waste accumulates during regular operations, deposits of scale and calcium can form within pipes and tanks, increasing the risk of blockages. Unblock‑S helps dissolve these deposits and restore efficient flow, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Application & Use
Unblock‑S is suitable for both vacuum and recirculating toilets:
Routine preventative maintenance: Treat at least every two weeks for all aircraft types to help prevent buildup. Use 1 quart (946 mL) per toilet on narrow‑body aircraft and 2 quarts (1.89 L) per toilet on wide‑body aircraft.
Vacuum toilet lines: Pour the recommended amount down each toilet starting from the forward lavatory. Flush 1‑2 times to distribute product into the pipe system. Allow cleaning solution to remain for 2‑4 hours for best results.
Recirculating systems / holding tanks: Dilute Unblock‑S 1:1 with clean water. Charge the waste tank to the flapper valve level and allow the solution to circulate for 7‑8 hours, flushing periodically for maximum coverage.
Deep cleaning & remediation: Use with airline/MRO cleaning tools during heavy maintenance for comprehensive results. Rinse and dispose of chemical according to local regulations.

This is an amazing aid to my fisning. Something serious inland fishermen should have. My only regret is that I didn't have this over the last 20 years.
