AN175‑32 Aircraft Bolt – Precision Close Tolerance 5/16‑24 UNF
The AN175‑32 aircraft bolt is a precision-machined, close-tolerance fastener engineered for critical aviation and aerospace applications. Built to exacting specifications, this bolt delivers reliable performance in high‑stress structural connections where accuracy and durability matter most.
Why Choose the AN175‑32 Aircraft Bolt
Precision Close Tolerance: Manufactured to tighter tolerances than standard fasteners for secure, low‑slop fitment in structural and control surface assemblies.
Excellent Strength & Durability: High‑grade alloy steel construction stands up to vibration, torque, and cyclic loads common in aircraft operations.
Corrosion Protection: Cadmium plating provides long‑lasting resistance to moisture and atmospheric corrosion in harsh flight environments.
Standard Aviation Thread: 5/16‑24 UNF thread pattern ensures compatibility with industry‑standard aviation hardware.
Versatile Grip Length: 2.812″ grip length is suitable for a range of airframe attachment points and structural joints.
Drilled Shank: Easily secured with safety wire if required (check specific variation for drilled feature).

Best priced around great and speedy service!
Also is the better of the 2 options since it is rated at 5,000 psi, not that I go to that high of pressure but I like the safety and security knowing that my chances of it blowing up in my face are a whole lot better and I can also purchase replacement seals for them at the same shop!!!
I bought the DC PTT because I know and trust the DC quality/durability to hold up to using every day. And so far it’s the best PTT I’ve used. I have a couple other no-name PTTs and the cable sheathing is crumbling and falling off. The DC PTT has worked even in sub zero cabin temp conditions when I didn’t have a functioning heater. I bought two to have a spare but the first one has been working great for 300hrs so far.
