VFR Version
The VFR version comes with detailed instructions. Grid for climb and cruise data, en route flight log, fuel log, performance data, facility information, navigation pre-flight calculations, and flight time log. The edges of log sheets have rulers in statute and nautical miles for use with Sectional and WAC Charts.
IFR Version
IFR En Route Flight Logs record pilot’s name and aircraft identification, organize flight courses and position reports. Also shown are required radio frequencies, alternate airport information, clearance grid with shorthand symbols, section to write weather reports, winds aloft, FAA flight plan, a checklist for required charts, manuals, navigation tools, and flight hardware.
The Frekote 770-NC synthetic mold release I ordered has a 6-month shelf life from the factory. The can I received on 8/25 was set to expire on 8/31 according to the date printed on the bottom of the can. I called and sent a photo of the can bottom and they said it should have been taken off the shelf a month earlier, so they will send me a good can when new stock arrives without sending the out of date can back.
I appreciate the fast delivery and them taking care of the issue, but it means you could be buying product that has only one month of shelf life remaining. Call before you buy and have them confirm the expiration date of their stock and if it is less than works for you, work out delivery from fresh stock or negotiate a discount.
