Just like its predecessor, the popular XGPS150, SkyPro is very simple to use. There is a quick set up process that includes pairing your tablet with the unit. The GPS receiver will run for up to 10 hours on a charge, and can be recharged using the included 12-28VDC cigarette lighter adapter, from any PC, or from the USB charger which came with your tablet/phone.

I had originally bought the item as a replacement for previous XGPS 160 that failed when it stopped charging. This new unit would never charge fully and was exchanged for a 3rd unit. That unit charged but then would not come on afterwards.
This review has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of Pilots HQ. This is a great store that I can recommend without reservation. It's the quality control on the XGPS160 that is lacking. Of note, when the XGPS 160 works, it works great. Perhaps they need to revamp the battery/charging circuit.....
